Right of withdrawal
In short: you can withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving any reason. During the 7-day trial, cancelling in the app is enough — the trial then ends and nothing is charged.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — the provider named in the legal notice, email: support@parusvoice.com — by means of an unequivocal statement (for example an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this, but you are not required to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you have requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period — which you do expressly when concluding the contract, so that you can use ParusVoice straight away — you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the service provided for in the contract.
Insofar as the contract concerns the supply of digital services, the right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the contract if you have expressly consented to performance beginning immediately and have acknowledged that your right of withdrawal thereby expires.
Withdrawal and the 7-day trial
The withdrawal period begins when the contract is concluded — for the Pro trial, therefore, when the trial starts, not with the first charge. Within the trial you generally do not need the formal right of withdrawal: simply cancel in the app under Account → “Cancel subscription” or via “Cancel your subscription” — the trial then ends at the end of the trial period, and nothing is charged.
